Most orders may be adjusted or modified on the same day they are placed. An upgrade of materials may incur an additional charge. After 24 hours, any modification resulting in a downgrade of materials will incur a fee equal to 30% of your order total. Any items added to an order after the first 24 hours will be processed as a new order.
All orders may be canceled prior to shipment, at which time we will issue a credit for the full purchase price. Store credits are valid for one year from the original purchase date and cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions.
If you prefer a refund, we offer penalty-free cancellations within 1 day of ordering. Cancellations after that time will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.
